The City of Selma Planning & Zoning Commission consists of five members. Meetings are attended by Larry Verner, City Engineer and a representative from the City Administrator's office. Requests for zoning information should be addressed to Ken Roberts, City Administrator or
Larry Verner.

Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Board

The Tax Reinvestment Zone board consists of nine unpaid board members representing various taxing entities associated with the City of Selma. The primary purpose of the board is to review and validate claims for infrastructure reimbursement in the Selma Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone. The board then sends a recommendation to Selma City Council on distribution of tax increment funds. Bexar County and the City of Selma also receive funds for administration and the City of Selma receives a reimbursement for emergency services provided to the zone.

2. Discussion/Possible Action on construction of interest markers for family cemeteries.

3. Discussion/Possible Action on development of a pamphlet on the history of Selma.

4. Discussion/Possible Action on the development of a template for the November/December presentation to the Selma City Council on the vision of the Historical Commission for the City of Selma.
